The thing we enjoy most about spring and summer is certainly nature. The sight of buds and trees opening to reveal a spectacular spectrum of greens that glisten against the clear blue sky is wonderful. This freshness, this greenness fills the eye with splendor and raises one's spirits like no other phenomenon in nature. This live background is inspired by some of the most beautiful "nature pictures" of green foliage in different shapes: oval, heart-shaped or compound ones with many leaflets.
Leaves are very important for trees - they provide food for the whole tree. They also help keep you cool on hot days by making shade. They fill in the spaces between the branches to make a canopy, sort of like an umbrella over the tree. Foliage also makes good homes for animals, like birds, squirrels, and bugs by providing them shelter and even food.
They come in a variety of shapes, sizes and textures, and can be grouped as simple with one blade or compound with many leaflets. The edges can be smooth, jagged or scalloped. They can also be divided into how their veins are arranged.
In early spring, fresh foliage of many trees are tender and thin, allowing light to pass through them. This gives the leaf a delicate green appearance and makes its veins even more noticeable. Green color prevails in nature. It symbolizes growth, freshness, and fertility. It is the most restful color for the human eye and it can improve vision. Therefore, relax your eyes any time watching this great live wall paper abounding in this amazing color.
